The Tennessee Physiological Society is pleased to announce its Third Annual Meeting on October 13-14, 2011 in Johnson City! The meeting is hosted by the Department of Physiology at the Quillen College of Medicine - East Tennessee State University.
The Tennessee Physiological Society was chartered in 2009 as a chapter of The American Physiological Society. The purpose of the organization is to "enhance and advance the field of physiology with all its molecular, cellular, organ and organismal basic and applied disciplines of research and education and unite the Physiologists for this purpose within the State of Tennessee." The Tennessee Physiological Society is a tax exempt 501(c)(3) organization. Donations to support TPS programs are tax deductible.
The Tennessee Physiological Society was established on October 23, 2009.
