The Tennessee Physiological Society is pleased to announce its Eight Annual Meeting will be in October 2016 in Johnson City, Tennessee. The meeting will be hosted by The East Tennessee State University.

The Tennessee Physiological Society was chartered in 2009 as a chapter of The American Physiological Society. The purpose of the organization is to "enhance and advance the field of physiology with all its molecular, cellular, organ and organismal basic and applied disciplines of research and education and unite the Physiologists for this purpose within the State of Tennessee." The Tennessee Physiological Society is a tax exempt 501(c)(3) organization. Donations to support TPS programs are tax deductible.
